When I am not coaching, you can find me juggling the needs of my five fantastic kids and my incredible husband, along with everyone's schedules and carpools. I make sure to find time to work out, organize my home (one of my favorite hobbies), prepare healthy and nutritious meals and snacks, and read self-development books - I am always looking to grow and better myself.

 

I love helping people and take pride in following in my late father's footsteps in such a meaningful way. As a psychologist, he demonstrated the importance and significance of changing the world one person at a time.

I strive to be more mindful, present and grateful for all the blessings I have been given. The ability to help others is truly a gift in every way.
