From Holiday to Routine - Finding your Fall Rhythm

Updated: Jun 23

The chagim are behind us, the air feels a little crisper, and the rhythm of everyday life is returning.

For many women I speak to - and honestly, for myself too - this transition can feel surprisingly jarring.

After weeks filled with meaning, connection, and movement, it’s normal to feel a bit of a letdown. The energy that carried us through the holidays shifts, and suddenly we’re expected to jump right back into work, school schedules, and structured routines.

But transitions are not a sign that something’s off - they’re an invitation to rebalance.

This week on the podcast, I’m talking about how to move from the high energy of the holidays into a more grounded, sustainable rhythm for fall. Be sure to tune in this Wednesday.

We’ll explore:

🍁 Why emotional dips after meaningful seasons are normal (and how to honor them)

🧺 Simple strategies for getting your home and habits back on track without overwhelm

🌞 Tools to boost energy and mood as the days get shorter

Most importantly, we’ll talk about how to bring the meaning of the holidays into your everyday life - so it’s not a “back to normal,” but rather a gentle evolution forward.

As you settle into this new season, ask yourself - “What’s one small way I can bring light into my days - literally or emotionally - this week?”

Wishing you an easeful, intentional transition.
