There are so many changes in life that throw us curve balls as we encounter the unexpected. For me, that was thyroid cancer, shortly after the death of my father. I found myself feeling stuck, as I struggled to get back to my daily routine and the healthy habits that I knew benefited me. This Back to the Basics Series is what enabled me to get back on track one small step at a time. I decided to make it into a resource so that others could benefit from it as well. Coaching is all about sustainable habit building and habit change. Tackle one habit at a time. When you’ve mastered it, move on to the next.
